About the event
What is included:
- 5 nights accommodation in a beautiful Villa in the South of Tenerife.
- 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners
- 1 hour-long morning HIIT or Sculpt workout with Sole
- Daily Yin / Restorative Yoga Sunset Sessions with guided meditation (75 min each)
- Tea, coffee, snacks & fresh water every day
- Airport pick up and drop off
- Tenerife Day Tour around Teide, Masca Valley and Los Gigantes. (included in the retreat cost)
- 1-afternoon excursion - optional (to be paid extra if joining)
- Visiting one of Tenerife's stunning hiking trails
